Program Manager Manage cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of Sabeus Federal Systems products from design to release for customers. Develop, define and execute project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major project roles. Monitor the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with external customers on technical matters, as needed. Assign and monitor work of development staff, providing technical support and direction. Monitor and satisfy government contractual specifications and requirements. MS degree or equivalent in technical field is required. A minimum of five years systems or program management experience. Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in fiber-optic sensors, system engineering, and signal processing. Experience managing Department of Defense contracts a plus.
